Order Cancellation before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours to receive a refund.
Contact us at support@patiojoy.com.au to cancel your order immediately. Please provide us with your order details, including the order number and the receiver's name or email address. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
If any shipment is not fulfilled or shipped out after label creation, orders that exceed 10 business days can choose between order cancellations or refunds.
Order Cancellation after Shipment
If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it but before the item is delivered, you will receive a refund minus a recall fee of $25 AUD. After we have received the returned item, a refund minus the recall fee will be credited back to your original payment account within 3-7 business days.
Returned Item
We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs or simply does not fit with your décor. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged and all packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.

We do not refund or return original shipping charges. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item to Patiojoy. In the event that you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your original method of payment. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.
Defective Item
If you believe you have received a defective or faulty product, please contact us within 3 business days and provide the outer package's and product's defective pictures to confirm, at support@patiojoy.com.au before returning the item. We are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible and will assist with troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing the item. Please do not attempt to fix or modify the item yourself, as this may void any applicable warranty or return policy.
Received the Wrong Item
While we follow careful order-picking procedures to ensure accuracy, there may be instances where you receive the wrong item. If this happens, you can choose to keep the incorrect item with a partial refund or request the correct item. If you decide to request the correct item, we may offer you a free return shipping label. Please get in touch with us at support@patiojoy.com.au and provide your order details, and we will assist you with the next steps. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you the correct item or issue a refund, as requested.
Item Damaged During Transit
If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please reject the delivery immediately and contact us at support@patiojoy.com.au. We will work with the shipping company to expedite a replacement order. Alternatively, you can request a refund after we've submitted a damage claim with the shipping company and received confirmation. Please provide us with images and videos of the damaged product and package box, as we may need them for the claim process.
Missing or Lost Item
If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@patiojoy.com.au with your order number and tracking number. We will initiate a lost package claim to help recover your missing or lost package. Please note that the process may take up to 7 days to receive a formal confirmation from the shipping company.
Whatever happens to your order, you can contact us via support@patiojoy.com.au. It is important to provide us with your email and telephone number, order number or tracking number so we can check the status of your order.
2.When will my order be shipped out?
Monday to Saturday: Items are usually shipped within 24 hours after we receive payment; Sunday: orders need to be processed within 48 hours.
3.What shipping methods do you offer?
All orders are shipped through either Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.
4.What is the estimated delivery time?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse processes your order the same business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Please note delivery times vary depending on your location and the possible courier screening that the package goes through. Our standard delivery times (3-5 business days) are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Patiojoy, and our courier’s, control. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions and technical failures.
5.How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us by e-mail (support@patiojoy.com.au). If the order has already been shipped out, we would request the shipping fee for each package. Please refer to the Return Policy for additional information.
6.What if I don't receive my order?
Please contact the carrier to see if they have delivered the item to the right address. Meanwhile, we also recommend sending us your phone number so we can put a claim against the carrier to search for your package. Generally, the search result should take one week.
7.What if I have received a damaged order?
Please contact us by e-mail (support@patiojoy.com.au) and within 3 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide Patiojoy with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.
8.When can I expect a refund debited to my account once I return the item?
Once you are authorized to return an item back to us, please pay close attention to the return tracking number. Once the item is delivered to our warehouse, we will issue you the refund in 3-5 business days.
9.What is the warranty of my item?
All items come with a guarantee 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. We will cover any cost occurred due to item quality issue.
10. How do I return the item?
If you received any defective items, you can contact us for a full refund. Most of our products can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in sellable condition with original packaging, tags and a receipt. When your purchase fails to meet your expectations provided they are in sensible condition (items in original packaging, manufacturer's tags attached, undamaged) we request that the shipping cost must be paid by you in order for Patiojoy to process your refund.
11.Is that possible for me to order replacement parts from you?
Normally we don’t sell parts individually. If your order is under warranty, we will send replacement parts to you without any charge providing if we have the parts available. If your order has extended its warranty date, we advise you to order any additional parts or replacements from your local hardware store.

Cute slender tree for small area!! Fit perfect
Super cute tree for less than $40 for the 5'.Looking at the photo, there are so many pinecones on the top half and maybe only four on the bottom total, so they could use more pine cones on the bottom to equal it out. It is a full tree, just fluff it out. It is sturdy with a sturdy small stand. I bought it for the master bedroom, which is perfect. Easy to set up. I would highly recommend. Merry Christmas!

At first I was surprised at the 'slimness' and laughed at how cute but it was perfect for a small condo space and I LOVE it! Add your own lights and decorations but I left mine simple this year!

Great price, discounted during Black Friday Week. Easy assembly of four parts that fit together without issues. When assembling, adjust and fluff the branches and the attached pine cones as you go... Starting from bottom, moving up. The flocking is light and looks snow-kissed. For reference, I added three sets of 50ct lights (the incandescent kind that I grew up with). This 7ft skinny tree is a gift for my newly married son and daughter-in-law. We are all happy with the quality.

Love this tree. I am very fussy and I needed a pencil tree for a corner in my kitchen area, I was so surprised at how perfect this tree is. I added lights but it also looked beautiful without lights depending on what you like. Its full and just the right amount of flocking and pinecones. its sturdy, barely shed, was so easy to assemble and minimal fluffing. Worth every penny, very affordable. I love it so much I'm getting a 2nd one. Don't hesitate just buy it!
Love this tree, fit perfectly where I wanted it at the top of my stairs. You have to take the time to fluff out the branches as it is packed up tight but once you do it looks really nice, for the price I think it's a great addition to our Christmas decorations!
This tree is gorgeous. I got the tall 7ft one. Snow on the edges and on the pine cones. It's looks as lovely as the picture. Easy to assemble. I didn't even need the instructions. It fits perfect in a small space of one foot. I'm very impressed. It's pretty abundant in fullness. Strong, light, didn't have trouble with branches coming loose or too many bristles falling, This one comes in three pieces, looks nature. I recommend this tree. The price is worth it. Not messy at all.

Great little tree! I was skeptical because it is so affordable, but it looks really nice and is well made. As with any artificial tree, you need to take your time sprucing up the individual branches, especially near the very top.

Arrived on time & packaged well. I love how slim it is and elevated it on a small table. I bought warm white lights. It takes up such a small footprint which is what I was after. No regrests looks better than the picture. Like my last tree of 25 years. I have wired ornaments and lights on. I have a new bag that I will set the tree in...ready for the next year. Just take out of the bag and plug it in...so easy!!! Gave the old tree, less my favorite ornaments to my handyman. He was thrilled and it still looks good. Just too wide for me.
