Order Cancellation before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours to receive a refund.
Contact us at support@patiojoy.com.au to cancel your order immediately. Please provide us with your order details, including the order number and the receiver's name or email address. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
If any shipment is not fulfilled or shipped out after label creation, orders that exceed 10 business days can choose between order cancellations or refunds.
Order Cancellation after Shipment
If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it but before the item is delivered, you will receive a refund minus a recall fee of $25 AUD. After we have received the returned item, a refund minus the recall fee will be credited back to your original payment account within 3-7 business days.
Returned Item
We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs or simply does not fit with your décor. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged and all packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item. We do not refund or return original shipping charges. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item to Patiojoy. In the event that you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your original method of payment. Defective Item
If you believe you have received a defective or faulty product, please contact us within 3 business days and provide the outer package's and product's defective pictures to confirm, at support@patiojoy.com.au before returning the item. We are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible and will assist with troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing the item. Please do not attempt to fix or modify the item yourself, as this may void any applicable warranty or return policy.
Received the Wrong Item
While we follow careful order-picking procedures to ensure accuracy, there may be instances where you receive the wrong item. If this happens, you can choose to keep the incorrect item with a partial refund or request the correct item. If you decide to request the correct item, we may offer you a free return shipping label. Please get in touch with us at support@patiojoy.com.au and provide your order details, and we will assist you with the next steps. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you the correct item or issue a refund, as requested.
Item Damaged During Transit
If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please reject the delivery immediately and contact us at support@patiojoy.com.au. We will work with the shipping company to expedite a replacement order. Alternatively, you can request a refund after we've submitted a damage claim with the shipping company and received confirmation. Please provide us with images and videos of the damaged product and package box, as we may need them for the claim process.
Missing or Lost Item
If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@patiojoy.com.au with your order number and tracking number. We will initiate a lost package claim to help recover your missing or lost package. Please note that the process may take up to 7 days to receive a formal confirmation from the shipping company.

5.How do I cancel my order?

6.What if I don't receive my order?
Please contact the carrier to see if they have delivered the item to the right address. Meanwhile, we also recommend sending us your phone number so we can put a claim against the carrier to search for your package. Generally, the search result should take one week.
7.What if I have received a damaged order?
Please contact us by e-mail (support@patiojoy.com.au) and within 3 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide Patiojoy with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.
8.When can I expect a refund debited to my account once I return the item?
Once you are authorized to return an item back to us, please pay close attention to the return tracking number. Once the item is delivered to our warehouse, we will issue you the refund in 3-5 business days.
9.What is the warranty of my item?
All items come with a guarantee 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. We will cover any cost occurred due to item quality issue.
10. How do I return the item?
If you received any defective items, you can contact us for a full refund. Most of our products can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in sellable condition with original packaging, tags and a receipt. When your purchase fails to meet your expectations provided they are in sensible condition (items in original packaging, manufacturer's tags attached, undamaged) we request that the shipping cost must be paid by you in order for Patiojoy to process your refund.
11.Is that possible for me to order replacement parts from you?
Normally we don’t sell parts individually. If your order is under warranty, we will send replacement parts to you without any charge providing if we have the parts available. If your order has extended its warranty date, we advise you to order any additional parts or replacements from your local hardware store.

The very bottom of the tree is totally different from the top two pieces. It takes a little work to make it look full. The needles fall off fairly easy. It's going to be a year round tree so we'll see how well it holds up. It's not a bad tree for the price.
This white pencil tree is absolutely beautiful and perfect for small spaces. I'm using it in my bedroom, and the slim profile fits perfectly in the corner without overwhelming the room, yet it still makes a big statement once decorated. The branches fluffed out easily, the lights are bright and evenly placed, and the white color really makes ornaments pop—especially reds and metallics.It feels sturdy, stands well, and was quick to assemble. I love how elegant and cozy it looks in a bedroom setting while still feeling festive. Ideal for apartments, bedrooms, or anyone who wants a stylish tree without the bulk.
Just as expected, fits perfectly in the space I planned for it! Had to wait a few days but got a better price than if I'd tried to buy a similar one in a store! Also a plus that it's not a plastic base.
It's exactly as I had hoped. I used fairy light that twinkle, an it was perfect.
I got the 7' one, came in three pieces, took about 20 minutes to assemble and fan out the branches. Made a bit of a mess with some white flakes from the "needles” but the tree looks awesome. The "needles” are slightly translucent which makes a nice glowing effect with lights. Branches are sturdy enough for my heavier plastic ornaments but I could see some heavier ones needing some care to support it. Very satisfied.
I read a lot on these reviews. Here was my experience. I took the tree out and set it up. I noticed right away how tight and well made the post was. As I fluffed the tree literally I think it lost 3 needles...I was shocked. Then after I got it fluffed out I was blown away by how many tips it had. It filled in beautifully. I told my husband how shocked I was to finally get a good solid made product! If you are reading this... just buy it already! You won't regret this one!
This tree is pretty much what you would expect for $30. It was easy to put together, although only one of the three screws fits in the holes of the tree stand, one screw still held it all in place. It's fairly full, not as skimpy as I thought it would be. my only complaint is that it doesn't seem like a 5 foot tree. My child is 49 inches tall and is almost as tall as the tree. Not worth complaining too much since I bought it specifically for my 4 year old to have her own tree to decorate.
I added 1 string of 100 white lights. Branches are just one stem with no extra branchlets which gives the tree an open airy feel. Plenty of room for ornaments. I have the tree on top of a small bin to get a little more height. If I had bought a taller tree it would have been wider and I wanted to tuck this in a corner in my bedroom. Took just minutes to assemble and "fluff". Branch bend easily. Heavy ornaments might weigh branches down. Better suited for light weight decorations. Over all yes would recommend.
This is a very strange tree- instead of branches falling down with various sprigs shooting out from the ends of them, there are individual branches that come out from the stem. (See picture) Also, for a 6' tree, it looks very small. It's not very wide and only measures about 5'7” tall. Not 6'. But it still looks cute as our Frozen-tree!
Exactly what I wanted for a small space
So quite a few years ago a friend of mine said it was his dream to have a Christmas tree closet. He explained he wanted to store a fully decorated Christmas tree in a closet so all he had to do when the holidays rolled around was wheel the tree out of the closet and plug it in. I thought this idea was BRILLIANT! Ever since, I have wanted my own Christmas tree closet but we lived in a 3 story townhouse and the living room was on the second floor and the only closet on the second floor was the kitchen pantry which was nowhere deep enough for a Christmas tree. You can't exactly wheel a Christmas tree up a flight of stairs so my dream was never realized. This year we moved into a single story brick ranch house getting ready for "old age". There was only one closet I thought I could dedicate to a Christmas tree and it was pretty small. I tried putting the tree we had in there but it was too big. I needed a smaller tree. So I ordered this 6 foot pencil unlit Christmas tree and I could not be more pleased! I finally have my Christmas tree closet! If you look at my first photo, you will see we set the stand the tree came with in a stand that my husband made me years ago for our townhouse tree. It has a false bottom in that the bottom the stand sits on is higher up than you might think. There is a hole inside so you can have an extension cord come out the bottom of the box. I love this stand and I'm so happy I can still use it. It does not have wheels on the bottom but it does have thick felt which enables me to just slide the stand along on our bare wood floors. The 6 foot tree comes in two parts which are very easy to put together. I thought the stand made our tree lean a little to one side but I quickly took care of that problem by adding two felt furniture protector tabs to the bottom of two of the legs of the stand. No more leaning. I knew when I began to fluff out this tree I was going to like it. I think for it's size, the tree branches are nice and full. The close-up picture shows just how full the tree really is. But the greatest thing of all is I was able to slide my fully decorated Christmas tree into the small extra closet we have without having to remove the upper shelf! The door even closes without a problem. I still need to get some decorative picks to add to the top of the tree and they will have to be removed before putting the tree in the closet but I think I can handle that much decorating when the time comes!! If you want a nice little tree and you don't have a lot of space, I think you will be pleased with this 6 foot tree. As you can see, you can give this tree a little more height by placing it in a stand such as my husband made me. I case you are wondering, I added 200 white wired lights and I think this is just enough in my opinion. I ordered Brite Star 100 Count Mini String Christmas Lights which came in a two-pack. They seem to be working fine.
I moved into a smaller apt and needed a smaller Christmas tree, but I still wanted a tall one. A 7' pencil tree was perfect for me this year.

Kinda fun for the price! Fluffs up nicely. Add some ornaments to hide the open areas.The very top branch is very long-which is why they get away with the height description! Overall, the tree is shorter than advertised. We giggled over the top branch!

I love this tree. I bought it to decorate with gingerbread characters and it's the perfect width and length for my kitchen. It looks very full. It doesn't come with lights but I ordered it like that intentionally in case I wanted to change out the colors I add.
